Architectural Draftsperson

Qualification: ITI Draftsman, Diploma civil / Architect or HSC+AutoCAD

Experience: 2 to 7 yrs in architectural / civil drafting

Job Summary

Working with the Project Managers to understand the clients brief

Developing new ideas and conceptsMaking Structural drawings, section & elevations, electrical & plumbing fitting drawings (AutoCAD, 3DS Max)

Developing designs for pitch documents/presentationsHaving strong attention to detail and a creative eye

Ability to work with 3D softwareHave an eye for details

Be able to think in three dimensions

Have good communication skills

Be able to use computer-based design programs

Understanding of structural, MEP and landscape drawings.

Producing Presentation Drawing, Working drawing, Detail Drawing, work out quantities Area statement.

Create architectural drawings based on building specifications, Calculations, and Sketches.

Assist in
- house Architect / Project Manager to ensure that the construction project is in accordance with design specifications.

Visit construction sites to collect measurements and prepare survey drawings as per requirement.

Skillset : Open for mid senior level, proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Microsoft Office.,

**Salary**: From ₹40,000.00 per month
