**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Welcome and Greet Guests**: Warmly welcome guests, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- **Check-in and Check-out**: Efficiently handle guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- **Reservation Management**: Manage reservations and assist guests with inquiries, ensuring accuracy in bookings.
- **Information Assistance**: Provide information about the resort's facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining guest records.
- **Handling Complaints**: Address guest concerns and complaints with empathy, aiming for swift resolution and guest satisfaction.
- **Cash Handling**: Process payments, maintain cash floats, and ensure accurate accounting for transactions.
- **Maintain Lobby Appearance**: Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- **Collaboration with Other Departments**: Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
