**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:Develop and manage social media content calendars, monitor engagement, and analyze performance to improve brand presence across platforms.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics, using insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- **Vendor Management**:Assist in planning and executing events, webinars, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and customer engagement.
- **Market Research**:Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to support marketing initiatives and drive business objectives.
- **Marketing Technology Management**:Oversee and optimize marketing technology stack (e.g., CRM, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms) to streamline marketing efforts.
- **Campaign Execution**:Support the setup, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring accurate data capture and reporting.
- **Workflow Optimization**:Develop and implement efficient marketing workflows, processes, and best practices to improve team productivity and campaign effectiveness.
- **Performance Analysis**:Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance marketing strategies and ROI.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong understanding of various marketing disciplines (digital, content, social media, etc.).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
