Iqac In-charge

Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership and Excellence is seeking an experienced and dedicated

individual to lead our Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) as the In-Charge. The IQAC plays a vital

role in ensuring and enhancing the quality of education and academic excellence within our

institution. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement

of our academic programs and institutional processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of quality assurance and enhancement

activities following the guidelines provided by regulatory bodies and accreditation agencies.
- Coordinate and facilitate the preparation of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) and

ensure timely submission to relevant authorities.
- Facilitate the creation of a learner-centric environment conducive to quality education and faculty

maturation to adopt the required knowledge and technology for the participatory teaching and

learning process.
- Conduct periodic internal audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of academic and

administrative processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to develop and implement quality

enhancement initiatives based on assessment findings and stakeholder feedback.
- Provide guidance and support to faculty and staff members on quality assurance procedures, best

practices, and compliance requirements.
- Organize inter
- and intra-institutional workshops and seminars on quality-related themes and

promote quality circles.
- Collect and analyze feedback from all stakeholders on quality-related institutional processes.
- Serve as a liaison between the institution and external quality assurance agencies, participating in

accreditation processes, and facilitating compliance with accreditation standards.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to quality benchmarks and performance indicators set by

regulatory bodies and accreditation agencies.
- Maintain documentation and records related to quality assurance activities, ensuring accuracy,

completeness, and confidentiality.
- Develop and maintain institutional databases through MIS to maintain institutional quality.

**Qualifications**:

- A Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field with X years of experience in quality assurance,

accreditation, or institutional assessment.
- Knowledge of quality assurance frameworks, guidelines, and best practices in higher education.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate

actionable insights for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with

diverse stakeholders.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards in higher education.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with a proactive and solutions-oriented

approach.
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
