**Job Responsibility**:

- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer questions and address complaints client
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files
- Monitor office expenses and costs

**Must Have**:

- Education Qualification: Graduate
- Desired Experience: Minimum 1-4 Years’ experience in handling Front Office Management
- Good communication Skill, presentable appearance, having good customer handling skills

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
