We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn, grow, and develop social skills. You will plan and deliver lessons, assess student progress, and communicate with parents and other staff members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that align with the curriculum goals and objectives, and incorporate a variety of learning activities, such as games, stories, songs, and art.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children.
- Encourage and support children in their individual interests, strengths, and needs, and provide opportunities for exploration and discovery.
- Observe and assess student progress, and provide feedback to parents and other staff members through regular reports, conferences, and meetings.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with parents and guardians, and provide them with regular updates on their child's progress and development.
- Collaborate with other staff members to plan and coordinate classroom activities, school-wide events, and parent involvement opportunities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped classroom, and ensure that all materials and equipment are safe, age-appropriate, and in good working condition.
- Attend professional development trainings, meetings, and workshops as required by the school.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a preschool setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Enthusiasm, patience, flexibility, and creativity in working with young children.
- Commitment to professional growth and development, and willingness to learn and implement new ideas and strategies in the classroom.

**Salary**: ₹4,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
