- To ensure that products meet specifications and deliverables, plan, carry out, and supervise product inspection and testing.
- Examine product grievances and quality concerns that have been raised to make sure that they are resolved in compliance with corporate policies and outside legal requirements.
- To guarantee that complaints are received, investigated, and properly documented, develop or update the company's inspection and complaint procedures.
- Identify and report reoccurring concerns to management and the product development teams by keeping an eye on risk-management protocols and using problem logs.
- Assist and instruct members of the quality assurance team in systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.

working day : Monday - Saturday

timing: 9.30 am -6 pm
