We are looking for a customer relationship manager responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. The customer relationship manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. Ultimately, an outstanding customer relationship manager will work closely with the sales, design and execution team to ensure all staff preserve client relationships.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- As a Customer Relationship Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Maintaining a Long-Term Relationship With The Customer. You Will Also Be Responsible For Knowing The Customer's Needs And Demands
- As a CRM, I Need To Coordinate With Our Design Team & Operations Team According to Client Requirements Daily
- Handling Customer Escalations With Effective Communication Skills
- Identifying Customer Demands And Requirements
- Maintaining Good Relationship With Customers
- Update the spreadsheet And Making Calls To The Clients To Verify The Details
- Documents Need To Be Uploaded And Maintained Properly On Daily Basis
- Collecting Feedback From Individual Client Would Be Appreciated After We Deliver The Project To Them

**Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**

Education: Grad/PostGrad (Any)

Experience: 0-2 years

Location: Bangalore

NP: Can Join Immediately
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience Working With MIS Office Must
- Time Management & Organizing Skills
- Ability to work under pressure sometimes while co-coordinating with the clients

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
