Inviting self-motivated, gogetter attitude EdTEch sales specialist. We are delivering to the schools a most innovative STEM-accredited platform to teach coding and robotics, delivering an interactive, immersive, and engaging learning experience. As a core member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving sales and making a lasting impact on every school you come into contact with. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven EdTech sales executive who will be responsible for selling our cutting-edge technology-based solutions to educational institutions. Utilising your excellent articulation and soft skills, negotiation and influence skills, and experience in selling tech-based solutions, you will engage with customers, tell compelling stories, and close deals.
**Responsibilities**:
Utilise your proven EdTech sales experience to generate leads, conduct online or in-person product demos, and close deals with customers.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals, showcasing your strong negotiation and influence skills.
Understand our customers and their unique needs, tailoring sales pitches to demonstrate the value of our product.
Be proactive and self-motivated, with a "go-getter" attitude, to achieve sales goals and exceed expectations.
Collaborate with the team to develop and manage post-sales processes to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Track sales goals and report on progress using sales metrics and tools, meeting planned sales goals, and reporting results to management.
Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication.
Attend industry events and travel as needed to meet with customers and promote our innovative solutions.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in EdTech sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent articulation and soft skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers.
Strong negotiation and influence skills, showcasing your ability to achieve sales goals.
Previous experience in selling technology-based solutions, preferably in the EdTech industry,
Ability to tell compelling stories and be persuasive in sales pitches
Previous experience in B2B and SaaS product sales is preferred.
Experience in giving online or in-person product demos and strong lead generation skills
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
