Pizza Maker

**Job Overview**:A Pizza Maker, also known as a Pizzaiolo or Pizza Chef, is responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas in a restaurant or pizzeria. This role requires a combination of culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Dough Preparation**:Prepare pizza dough using specified ingredients and recipes.
Ensure proper dough consistency and texture.
Monitor and manage the proofing and rising process.

**Pizza Assembly**:Arrange pizza toppings according to customer preferences and restaurant standards.
Maintain consistency in portion sizes and ingredient distribution.
Work closely with kitchen staff to coordinate pizza orders with other menu items.

**Oven Operation**:Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment.
Monitor cooking times to ensure pizzas are baked to perfection.
Adjust oven temperatures as needed.

**Quality Control**:Inspect the quality of ingredients before use.
Ensure pizzas meet the restaurant's quality standards.
Address any issues with food quality promptly.

**Cleanliness and Sanitation**:Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, and surfaces.

**Customer Service**:Interact with customers to take pizza orders.
Provide information about pizza offerings and answer customer inquiries.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality pizzas.

**Collaboration**:Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members.
Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen management.
Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
