As a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for all Base Groundwork related to Inventory Management and Supporting Logistics for onshore/offshore movement.

As a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Coordinating with relevant teams & arranging space in warehouse for unloading shipments (imports, offshore backloads).
- Opening packages and verifying of Tools & Equipment and tally (SRIT) the receipt against CIPL and reporting any missing shipments or damages
- Segregating tools, equipment & spares and storage at designated storage area
- Supporting in GRN and update inventory sheets
- Ensuring proper stuffing & securing/lashing of Cargo in offshore baskets & Containers for ferrying offshore.
- Preparing Coastal Cargo Manifest and getting approval from Client's Logistics & Stevedoring Team for loading on to OSV’s
- Preparing Delivery Challans, E-waybills for any inward/ outward movement of materials and keep a track of the same in order to submit for GST returns& audits monthly.
- Intimating Offshore operations team about tools dispatch with Vessel details & ETA.
- Following up for loading Tools on vessel at quay side and obtain acknowledgement copy of Cargo manifest from Client logistics Team.
- Preparing Inward and outward materials movement records properly and shall be able to present for any audits.
- Monitoring /maintaining MPI, load test pertaining to Tools, Cargo Carrying units periodically as per the company Policy.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor Degree qualification or Equivalent
- Have minimum 8 years of experience in Shore base / Yard operations related to Oil & Gas industry functioning
- Have good English both written and verbally.
- Be flexible to work additional days/hours where required and takes full ownership and Accountability for the work assigned
