As a brand manager, your role is to oversee the development and execution of a brand's marketing and promotional strategies. You are responsible for managing the brand's image and ensuring consistency across all marketing channels. Here are some key responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the role of a brand manager:
**Job description**
- Brand Strategy Development: Work closely with the marketing team and senior management to develop a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Brand Positioning: Determine the unique selling points and value proposition of the brand and establish its position in the market. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and differentiate the brand from competitors.
- Brand Identity: Develop and maintain the brand's visual identity, including logos, typography, color schemes, and brand guidelines. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual representation across all marketing materials.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve sales targets. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as advertising agencies and creative teams, to develop compelling marketing materials.
- Product Development: Collaborate with product development teams to align new product launches with the brand strategy. Provide input on product features, packaging, and naming to ensure consistency with the brand's identity and positioning.
- Consumer Insights: Conduct market research, surveys, and focus groups to gather consumer insights and feedback. Use data and analytics to understand customer preferences, behavior, and market trends to inform brand strategy and decision-making.
- Brand Guidelines: Develop and maintain brand guidelines that outline the brand's voice, tone, and visual elements. Train and educate internal teams and external partners on brand guidelines to ensure consistency in brand representation.
- Brand Monitoring: Monitor the brand's online and offline presence, including social media platforms, review sites, and media coverage. Respond to customer feedback, manage brand reputation, and address any issues or crises that may arise.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, product, and design, to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all touchpoints. Communicate the brand's value proposition and strategy internally to build brand advocacy and alignment.
- Performance Measurement: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of brand initiatives and marketing campaigns. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and report on the brand's performance to senior management.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
