**Job Title**: Back Office Executive

**Location**: Andheri East

**Experience**: 1-2 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Management**: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- **Inventory Control**: Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment of products.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain necessary documentation, including invoices, shipping forms, and customer records.
- **Data Entry**: Input and manage data in our CRM and inventory management systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- **Reporting**: Generate regular reports on sales, inventory levels, and customer feedback to support management decision-making.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical support, and finance, to streamline operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a back office or administrative role, ideally in the technology or security sector.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
