- Assist in drafting and vetting of legal agreements.
- Assist the management in reviewing contracts and agreements and see to it that they comply with the legal norms.
- Deal with government departments and statutory bodies in law related aspects.
- Assist in ensuring compliance of labour laws.
- Assist in annual and other periodic corporate reporting and filings.
- Perform administrative and secretarial duties for the legal department.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualification: Bachelors in Law or equivalent.**
- ** Minimum Experience
- 1 Year in Secretarial/Legal Department.**
- ** Salary: According to the qualification and experience.
