Post Sales Executive

Qualification: bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- **Proven 2 to 3 years of experience in a post-sale, client support or customer success role.**:
- Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- **Ability to understand customer requirements, build relationships, and provide effective solutions.**:
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- **Gather customer feedback and insights, relay them to the appropriate teams, and contribute to product improvement and development efforts.**:
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- **Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets.**

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
