**Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and engage them in meaningful conversations to generate sales leads.
- Present and demonstrate CasaMed's products and services effectively to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Continuously update and maintain customer records in the database.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the health-tech domain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and remotely in a self-disciplined manner.
