Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their design preferences, functional requirements, and budget constraints. Understand clients' lifestyles, tastes, and objectives to develop tailored design solutions.

Concept Development: Generate creative design concepts that align with clients' vision, project requirements, and industry trends. Present design ideas through sketches, mood boards, or digital renderings to communicate concepts effectively.

Space Planning: Utilize spatial analysis and ergonomic principles to optimize the layout of interior spaces. Develop floor plans, furniture arrangements, and circulation patterns that enhance functionality and flow within the space.

Material and Finishes Selection: Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, colors, and furnishings to achieve the desired aesthetic and functionality. Consider factors such as durability, sustainability, and budgetary constraints when making recommendations.

Design Development: Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules to communicate design intent to contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the built environment.

Presentation and Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, project teams, and stakeholders to communicate design concepts, progress updates, and project milestones. Solicit feedback and incorporate revisions as needed to achieve client satisfaction.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while adhering to project timelines and budgetary constraints. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors to procure materials, oversee installations, and ensure quality control.

Flexibility: Be adaptable in work timings to accommodate project needs and deadlines.
