Description
- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to assist students in understanding nursing concepts, clinical skills, and theoretical knowledge.
- Develop and implement effective tutoring strategies to address diverse learning styles and needs.
- Stay informed about the nursing curriculum, course requirements, and learning objectives.
- Collaborate with faculty to reinforce classroom teachings and help students bridge gaps in their understanding.
- Assist in evaluating students' performance through assessments, quizzes, and mock exams.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their academic progress and areas for improvement.
- Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Nursing with a minimum of 1 year experience.
