**Responsibilities**:

- Provide confidential counseling services to students dealing with academic, personal, and emotional issues.
- Offer guidance and support to students facing challenges related to stress, anxiety, relationships, and more.
- Develop and implement workshops and programs to promote mental health and well-being on campus.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other support services to ensure comprehensive student care.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in academic counselling, preferably in a reputed school.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of ethical and legal guidelines in counseling.
