**Responsibilities**:

- **Market Study for Target Customer Segment**:_

Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the preferences, lifestyles, and fashion choices of our target customer segment.
Identify emerging trends and translate them into innovative design concepts.
- **Mood Board Creation**:_

Develop visually appealing mood boards that encapsulate the essence and inspiration behind each collection.
Curate a cohesive color palette, patterns, and textures to set the tone for the designs.
- **Textile Printing Development**:_

Collaborate with têxtile printing experts to create unique and captivating prints for our garments.
Experiment with various techniques, colors, and motifs to bring designs to life.
Flat-Lay Sketches and Tech-Packs:
Create detailed flat-lay sketches and tech-packs that communicate design specifications and construction details to manufacturers.
Ensure accurate measurements, material information, and technical instructions for production.
- **Sourcing Fabrics and Trims for Prototypes**:_

Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality fabrics, trims, and embellishments.
Consider factors such as sustainability, durability, and cost-effectiveness while selecting materials.
- **Prototype Development**:

- Oversee the development of prototype samples, ensuring they align with the original vision and design specifications.
Provide feedback and guidance to pattern makers, seamstresses, and other involved parties to achieve desired outcomes.
- **Checking and Refining Proto-Samples**:_

Conduct thorough quality checks on prototype samples, identifying any design or construction flaws.
Collaborate with the production team to refine and enhance the samples, ensuring they meet the brand's standards of excellence.
- **Additional Skills and Tasks**:_

Proficient in fashion design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar).
Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern-making, and draping techniques.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with the team.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Stay updated on industry trends, fashion shows, and emerging designers for inspiration and market insights.
Assist in photo shoots, styling, and visual merchandising when required.
Flexibility to adapt to evolving design requirements and adjust designs accordingly.
