**Your future duties and responsibilities**
- Ensure all incidents and defects (problems) are accurately recorded and timely updated as per the Incident Management Matrix and SLA.
- Maintain and support the integrity of systems/services within the remit by fully investigating all incidents and resolving them in a timely fashion, adhering to IT Service Management principles (ITIL). - Interact with customer & support team at Onsite.

Position: Senior Software Engineer

Experience: 5 - 8 Years

Main location: Bangalore/Hyderabad

Must-Have Skills:

- Experience in production support is must
- Experience in handling L1/L2 Ticket
- Experience in Database - Oracle SQL, PL/SQL
- Hands on Scripting experience - Windows PowerShell, Linux Shell
- Strong in Python
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ready to work in India night shift support
- Debug production issues and bug fixes
- Excellent communication skills

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Knowledge in IBM or IBM ACE/IBM MQ
