Managing the accounting & Controlling of Inventory

Supervision of Accounting entries and maintenance of books of accounts relating to Inventory

Monthly Material Balancing

Monitoring non-moving Items and take necessary action for W/off etc.

Managing the statutory and Internal Audits and ensure that all the points are resolved and audit is completed on time.

Ensuring timely consumption of Business promotion items.

Monthly Consumption Analysis

Budget Vs Actual variance analysis of Variable Cost

9

Timely Weekly and Monthly Inventory Valuation

Monthly Physical Verification

Timely Resolution if difference in physical Inventory verification

Timely closure of inventory period, production orders etc.

Timely Item Creation in system

Resolution of query of team relating to Inventory

Ensuring timely third party physical verification
