**Key Responsibilities**:

- To oversee the cultivation and maintenance of plants and crops and Care for ornamental plants like hedges, flower beds, or trees.
- Gathering and analyzing data to help face pests, environmental impact, or disease.
- Analyze horticultural yields and operational costs.
- Maintain financial and administrative records.
- Supervise and Train the staff members.
