As a Class I-XII English Faculty, you will play a vital role in shaping the academic growth and language skills of our students. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum standards and cater to the diverse learning needs of students from Class I to XII.
- Deliver high-quality instruction to students, ensuring effective language acquisition, grammar proficiency, vocabulary development, and reading comprehension.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters active student participation and encourages critical thinking skills.
- Assess student progress regularly through tests, assignments, and other evaluation methods, and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to develop teaching materials, share best practices, and contribute to curriculum development.
- Monitor and track individual student performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide additional support or remedial guidance when required.
- Foster a love for the English language and literature through engaging teaching methods, discussions, and activities that promote language fluency and literary appreciation.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in English or a related field preferred.
- Teaching experience in English for Class I to XII in a recognized educational institution.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the English language, including grammar, literature, composition, and reading comprehension.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage and motivate students.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Familiarity with current teaching strategies, educational technology, and online learning platforms is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
