**Description**:
**What will make you successful**:

- Experience in Blueprism for maximum of 1 year is recommended
- Good to have experience in using JIRA, Confluence
- Providing L2 support for the RPA BOT management

**How you will contribute**:

- Responsible for supporting the existing software BOTs and ensure to have seamless run as a part of daily operations
- Responsible for monitoring the alert messages
- Providing L2 support for the RPA BOT management
- Handling the daily operational with all the scheduled BOT runs
- Coordinates with developer and operations team for failures
- Troubleshooting the failed BOTs and able to analyze the errors occurred.
- Experience in Blueprism for maximum of 1 year is recommended
- Must be comfortable to work with 24/7 shift operations (rotational)
- Good to have experience in using JIRA, Confluence
