Responsibilities: The Sales coordinator is responsible for backend sales supporting & MIS reports as required This position reports to the Manager - Sales & works in partnership with local stakeholders. Carrying out the sales support activity, order Booking, C Form collection follow up coordinate with customers, co-ordination with Sales team for their target/achievement & all sales related activities. Generating Purchase Order, Preparing Performa Invoice /Invoice, coordination with channel partners, Coordination & interaction with the internal departments. (Logistics, Finance *Checking mail order mail, complaint mail, sending order confirmation mail, sending dispatch details to Customer, sending outstanding payment mail etc.)Making MIS Reports. Payment follow up.Having hands on experience in sending quotations, pricing etc
