**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Job Summary**:
A business process designer is responsible for designing and improving business processes within an organisation. Should be able to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and optimise workflows.

**Roles and Responsibility**:

- Designing and developing business process maps and models.
- Analyzing existing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Creating and implementing process improvement strategies.
- Documenting process changes and communicating them to relevant teams.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented processes.
- Providing training and support to employees on new processes and tools**.**

**Key Parameters to qualify**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in process modeling and mapping tools.
- Knowledge of business process management (BPM) methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with complex data.

***Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in information systems, or a related field.
- Experience in business process analysis and improvement.
- Knowledge of process modelling languages such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
- Familiarity with process automation and workflow management tools.

**Location: Pune**

**Work hours: Flexible, support some US Time Zone; Monday to Friday**
