Measurement Executive

Reports to the Installation Manager.
- Taking measurement on sites.
- Interact with project coordinator & Designers to understand project requirements in a team.
- Update site initial condition & feasibility to start work to coordinator.
- Monitor installation work regularly & update it to the coordinator till completion of execution.
- In case of any deviations in measurement or changes by the client, additional cost approval should be obtained from GM- operations
- Responsible for Maintenance of attendance at the site and control of absenteeism.
- Adherence to System & Process from time to time.
- Develop good rapport with Customers & update work status simultaneously to both coordinator & Customers.
- Interaction with the client for satisfactory project completion.
- Ensure that unused materials are returned back to the stores/warehouse after Completion of the Project & update report to Coordinator & Warehouse in charge.

- Should be thorough in all modular products & accessories aspects.
- Good communicator, ability to handle multi functional activity & pressure in the execution process.
- Ability to create good rapport with internal & external customers.
- Forecasting the market trend & align with the business accordingly to keep up the market needs.
