Our hotel offers comfortable and elegantly designed rooms & suites made with traditional Newar architecture while keeping in line with contemporary mínimalism.

We are in seeking a motivated Front Office Executive who is a great multitasker with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

- Welcome guests during check in and giving a fond farewell to the guest while check outs.
- Handling guests, handling guest queries, complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
- Manage online and phone reservations.
- Perform all check in and check out tasks and room allotments as per the SOP.
- Coordinating with the other department of the hotel for smoother daily operational tasks.
- Should be able to pass detailed information about the Hotel, City ,tourist attractions,activities as well as the competition.
- Maintaining all guest folios /Guest history.
- Perform basic cashier activities.
- Review daily cash balance and maintain cash flow.
- Collect guest feedback during check departure.
- Positive attitude,self motivated.
- Liaise with House keeping staffs to ensure all rooms are clean and tidy to accommodate guest's needs.
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.

Education and Experience:
Associate's degree in related field. Should have 2-5 years of work experience in Hotel Industry

Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts.

Good command on English language is essential, both written and verbal.

Should have exceptional time management skills.

Personable,enthusiastic,self motivated and able to work independently.

Should be able to work with or without supervision while meeting the high performance standard.

Ability to follow instructions.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
