About the Role:
You will be an integral part of the team, working closely with the co-founder to schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and engage with prospects on platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Personal Branding Management:
- LinkedIn: Create, optimize, and manage a professional LinkedIn profile to highlight expertise, services, and relevant content. Engage with industry professionals and share valuable insights regularly.
- YouTube: Help create a content strategy for YouTube, including video scripting, uploading, and ensuring regular posting. Engage with comments and respond to viewers.
- Instagram & Facebook: Design engaging posts, stories, and videos to build personal brand visibility. Engage with followers and foster meaningful interactions.
- Content Creation: Collaborate on content ideas and help produce thought-leadership pieces, blogs, infographics, and videos that align with the co-founder’s vision and brand goals.
2. Client Outreach & Lead Generation:
- Prospective Client Research: Identify and research potential clients and opportunities within the digital marketing and IT sectors. Build and maintain a targeted prospect list.
- Scheduling Meetings: Coordinate and schedule meetings with potential clients, ensuring calendars are optimized and appointments are set efficiently.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients. Build trust and report, and demonstrate a deep understanding of their needs.
3. Sales Support:
- Sales Communication: Act as a liaison for the co-founder in early stages of client communication, responding to inquiries, handling objections, and addressing client needs.
- Negotiation and Closing: Assist in negotiating terms, managing client expectations, and closing sales in collaboration with the co-founder.
- CRM Management: Keep accurate records of client interactions, meetings, and sales processes in the company’s CRM system.

Key Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales or Lead Generation: Proven experience in client outreach, sales, or business development in IT, digital marketing, or related fields. Ability to manage cold outreach effectively.
- Social Media & Digital Marketing Experience: Experience managing personal branding or business accounts on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. Knowledge of social media trends and marketing strategies.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and close deals. A good understanding of how to align service offerings with client needs.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills, including scheduling, managing calendars, and keeping track of multiple tasks.
- Proactive & Self-Motivated: Ability to take initiative and work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability.
- Sales or Digital Marketing Background: Previous experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing is a plus.

- Basic Graphic Design Skills: Ability to create or oversee the creation of simple social media graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Spark.
- Knowledge of SEO and Web Development: A basic understanding of SEO, website development, and digital marketing is beneficial.
