4. Maintain accurate records of all telephonic interactions and update the customer database accordingly.

5. Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels to nurture them into potential sales opportunities.

6. Collaborate with the sales team to schedule site visits for interested customers.

7. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
