HIRING FOR TICKET BOOKING EXPERT
- Must have a knowledge of Booking trains and flights
- must be presentable between 25-30yrs of age
Education Qualification: University/college degree Experience: 5 -6 years. Notice Period: Immediate Only
Key Responsibilities: 1. Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. 2. Front desk executive or receptionist responsibilities include managing ticket bookings, coordinating taxi reservations, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Proficiency in ticketing systems, knowledge of transportation services, courier and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. 3. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. 4. Maintains telecommunications system. 5. Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries. 6. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories. 7. Maintains or monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges. 8. Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation. 9. Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. 10. Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. 11. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
