**The Role**: As the Marketing Communications Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders to develop and execute effective communications strategies that align with the company's business goals. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the media to promote our brand and messaging.

**What You Will Need**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing communications or public relations
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communications strategies
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and suggest new ideas for marketing communications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**What Success Looks Like**:

- Increased brand visibility and positive media coverage
- Effective communication of company messaging to internal and external stakeholders
- Successful execution of communications campaigns and initiatives
- Measurable improvements in marketing communications metrics, such as media impressions and stakeholder engagement

**In 3 Months, You Would Have**:

- Gained a deep understanding of our brand, products, and target audience
- Developed relationships with internal stakeholders to align communications strategies with business goals
- Coordinated with external partners to develop and execute communications campaigns
- Developed and maintained relationships with key media contacts

**In 6 Months, You Would Have**:

- Successfully executed multiple communications campaigns and initiatives
- Developed and implemented a system to track and measure the effectiveness of our communications efforts
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to optimize our communications strategies
- Assisted in the development of new communications initiatives and ideas

**In 12 Months, You Would Have**:

- Played a key role in driving significant brand visibility and positive media coverage
- Developed and implemented a comprehensive communications playbook
- Mentored and developed junior members of the communications team
- Presented to the leadership team on the state of our communications efforts and plans for the future

- Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
