Comply with perpetual inventory policy and Inventory adjustment policies.
- Ensure to conduct physical verification at In-house (Sys lock/ count sheet) in coordination with Store and update PI results in SAP.
- Conduct Physical verification at Sub-Contractor end.
- Collection and Reconciliation of Sub-Contractor stock, visit to sub-contract third party vender place to verify the records and physical stock confirmation.
- Interact with respective Plants production heads and store head for proper closure of Inter-unit transfer notes.
- Interact with supply chain buyer & Sub-contract buyers for timely regularization of Direct deliveries.
- Ensure to make provision for Non-moving inventory as per Inventory policy and procedure.
- Monitor and valuation of FG at Cost or NRV
- Provide timely inputs for close of books of account.
- Coordinate for re-allocation of restricted stock against SO cancellation / amendment
- Carry out periodical review of Inventory General ledgers of all locations.
- Contribute to improved working capital through Inventory reduction initiatives.
- Critically analyse holding inventory for dilution/ conversion.
- Analysis of slow and non-moving inventories and reports to functional heads
