**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop a content strategy that aligns with the communications objectives of our clients
- Preparing Brand Communication Guidelines
- Verifying all the Content Rollouts & Take the Ownership In Execution
- Auditing all the Contents the brand & It’s Client Have and Give The Necessary Action Point
- Creating Branding Content, Plan & Strategies
- Working on All The Digital & Print Media Contents
- Supporting Creative Team in Planning The Design & Take Responsibility Of Getting Quality Designs According to User Experience, User Psychology
- Work with the client servicing and creative teams to deliver client briefs
- Edit and proofread raw content from clients for publishing
- Ensure brand consistency by complying with client brand guidelines and internal hygiene standards of Thoughtform
- Keep the content team on board with a content calendar and monthly reporting
- Ensure all data and work is legally compliant (e.g. copyright protection)
- Remain current on developments and generate new ideas to draw the attention of the audience
- Maintaining Daily Reports & A Aligning the Team to Daily Goals
- Understand the vision, both strategic and business, of the company
- Walk with market trends, competition landscape and consumer needs while devising a plan towards capturing new strategic opportunities.
- Deliver multi-platform, multi-channel campaigns that meet the client and company objectives.
- Conceive and implement (if required) concepts, guidelines and strategies in various projects.
- Write original copy and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials
- Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets
- Manage, create and publish original, high-quality content
- Present copy concepts and final deliverables to the internal team
- Revise copy based on internal feedback/direction
- Drive conceptual thinking and execution, ensuring consistency and brand elevation across all channels.
- Be a part of brainstorming copy sessions to generate innovative ideas
- Interested in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations along with actively researching.
- Write compelling marketing and promotional materials for a wide variety of products/services/clients as per the business requirements.
- Be open to feedback to check and be aware of the quality of the copy produced by you and troubleshoot and solve problems within the copy team by offering constructive solutions, whenever possible.
- Help to define the communication and brand standards for the copy being written.

**Key Skills / Abilities/Knowledge Required**:

- Educational Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Communication, Marketing, Journalism or a related field
- Familiarity with good writing techniques
- Proven work experience of at least 3 years as a copywriter
- Experience in B2B marketing will be a great advantage
- Verifiable experience with MS Office tools
- Knowledge of SEO is an added advantage
- Comprehension of and familiarity with social media
- Excellent written English skills
- Process-driven approach and time management skills
- Key Tools Knowledge

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
