CNC Programmer

Require a CNC Programmer for our client, a reputed Furniture Manufacturer.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
**CNC Programming**:

- Develop and write CNC programs for various machines (routers, mills, lathes, etc.) used in furniture production.
- Convert 2D and 3D design drawings into CNC instructions using CAD/CAM software.
- Adjust and optimize CNC programs to ensure maximum efficiency and precision.

Machine Setup and Operation:

- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts as per specifications.
- Ensure proper installation of fixtures, tools, and materials.
- Perform test runs and adjust machines accordingly.

**Quality Control**:

- Inspect and verify the quality of machined components to ensure they meet design specifications.
- Make necessary adjustments to CNC programs or machine settings as required to maintain product quality.

**Troubleshooting and Maintenance**:

- Identify and resolve issues related to machine operation or program execution.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and assist with troubleshooting technical problems.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with production teams, designers, and engineers to improve processes and ensure seamless integration of CNC production.
- Provide input on the design process to improve manufacturability.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain records of CNC programs, machine settings, and production output.
- Ensure that all programming documentation is up to date and organized.
- **Qualifications and Skills**:_

**Education**:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of [5] years of experience as a CNC Programmer in the furniture or woodworking industry.
- Proven experience with CAD/CAM software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam, or similar).
- Familiarity with various CNC machines (routers, drills, mills) used in furniture manufacturing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
