Site Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct pre-deployment site visits to assess requirements and logistics for the deployment of sweeping machines PAN India.
- Coordinate with site management and stakeholders to establish gate pass procedures and ensure compliance with site regulations.
- Oversee the setup and deployment of sweeping machines, troubleshooting any initial teething problems.
- Provide on-site training and support to sweeping machine drivers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with the head office and relevant departments to coordinate resources and resolve operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of site visits, setup procedures, and operational issues encountered.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports to the head office, documenting site activities, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

**Education and Experience**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Logistics / Fleet Management.
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role (in a fleet management or rental company) or 2+ years in a logistics / operations role.

**Salary Range - ₹3 to 3.5 Lac / per annum**
