**Responsibilities**:
MSc Microbiologist or a related field.
Perform microbiological testing, analysis, and interpretation of samples to support research objectives, regulatory compliance and pure research base.
Isolate, cultivate, and characterize microbial cultures from various sources.
Conduct microbial identification, strain selection, and taxonomy studies.
Execute molecular biology techniques such as PCR, DNA sequencing, and gene expression analysis to study microbial genomes.
Investigate microbial interactions, microbial physiology, and microbial ecology to advance our understanding of microbial systems.
Participate in the development and optimization of microbiological assays and protocols.
Maintain accurate laboratory records, analyze data, and prepare technical reports.
Stay current with the latest advancements in microbiology and propose innovative approaches to solve complex challenges.
Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
Master's in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
Proven experience in microbiology research and laboratory techniques, freshers are also considered.
Proficiency in microbial culture techniques, molecular biology methods, and microbiological analysis.
Familiarity with bioinformatics tools for microbial genomics and data analysis.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently design and execute experiments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds.
Enthusiasm for scientific discovery and a desire to contribute to meaningful advancements in microbiology.
