Position Overview:
An office driver plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth transportation for employees and visitors within an organization. The primary responsibility of an office driver is to provide safe and efficient transportation services, ensuring that individuals reach their destinations in a timely and comfortable manner. This position requires excellent driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:
Transportation Services:
Safely transport employees, clients, and visitors to designated locations, such as meetings, appointments, or events.

Follow assigned routes or use GPS navigation to determine the most efficient and timely travel routes.

Ensure the comfort and safety of passengers during transportation.

Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed.

Maintain a professional and courteous attitude towards passengers at all times.

Vehicle Maintenance and Care:
Perform regular vehicle inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.

Monitor and report any vehicle maintenance or repair needs promptly.

Keep the vehicle fueled and ensure proper documentation of fuel purchases.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, mileage, and service history.

Compliance with Traffic Laws and Regulations:
Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards.

Observe and comply with the organization's policies and procedures related to transportation and vehicle usage.

Maintain a clean driving record and promptly report any traffic violations or accidents.

Communication and Coordination:
Maintain effective communication with the office administration and employees regarding transportation schedules and changes.

Coordinate with the office staff to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.

Communicate any delays or changes in the transportation schedule promptly.

Miscellaneous Duties:
Assist with office-related tasks, such as running errands, mail delivery, or basic administrative tasks when not driving.

Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information obtained during the course of work.

Qualifications and Skills:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Proven experience as an office driver or in a similar driving position.

Excellent knowledge of traffic laws, regulations, and routes within the area of operation.

Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality.

Ability to maintain a professional and courteous attitude towards passengers.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with different individuals.

Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.

High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information.

Flexibility to work additional hours or adjust schedules as needed.

Minimum 4 years experience preffered

vaild driver's license all over India

Driver cum helper

minimum 10th pass

Able to read and write

Physically fit

No bad addictions

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
