**About the Role**

The **Academic Operations and Content Writing** role is a dynamic and multifaceted position within our organisation. This position combines the responsibilities of managing academic operations with creating high-quality educational and marketing content for our app and social media. The individual in this role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of academic programs and courses while also developing engaging and informative content for our app and social media.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Academic Operations Management:

- Coordinate with administrative staff to ensure academic policies and procedures are followed accurately.
- Assist in the development and implementation of academic planning and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with HR and help trainers design course curriculum in the Lifescool framework.
- Ensure students get great learning experiences and outcomes from the courses provided by Lifescool.

2. Content Writing and Development:

- Create compelling and well-researched educational content for online courses, lectures, tutorials, and study materials across various disciplines.
- Develop content that aligns with curriculum objectives and engages learners effectively.
- Adhere to instructional design principles and create content in various formats, including text, multimedia, and interactive elements.

3. Quality Assurance:

- Conduct thorough reviews and editing of educational content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to academic standards.
- Perform quality checks on course materials to ensure they are error-free and up-to-date.
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding across all educational content.

4. Content Management and Publishing:

- Utilize learning management systems (LMS) or content management systems (CMS) to upload and organize educational content.
- Ensure content is accessible and user-friendly for learners of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Monitor content usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

5. Academic Support and Student Engagement:

- Provide support to students and faculty regarding academic program information, course content, and technical issues related to the learning platform.
- Engage with students through discussion forums, online chats, or virtual office hours to address questions and facilitate learning.

6. Research and Continuous Improvement:

- Stay informed about current trends and advancements in e-learning, content development, and instructional technologies.
- Conduct research on effective teaching methodologies and innovative content delivery techniques.
- Implement best practices and improvements based on research findings.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, English, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content writing, instructional design, or e-learning development.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and grammar.
- Proficiency in using content creation tools, LMS, and CMS platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of pedagogical principles and learning theories.
- Passion for education and a commitment to creating impactful learning experiences.

**Remuneration**

Total CTC would be Rs. 2.16 L per annum. There would be bonuses and incentives on performance basis and with respect to organisation growth.

**How to Apply**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Weekend availability
