**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**ACADEMIC**

**Planning** the **alignment** of the **resources**required to perform daily, weekly and monthly tasks.

**Planning** the **Rosters** and **Schedules** of **Trainers**and **Sr. Trainers**.

**Planning** the **course of action** for **individual batches** according to the **scores** and **needs** of the students.

**Profiling** a new admission for **allocatingappropriate batch**.

**Forecasting** and **controllingclass capacity** and **number of Exam students**.

**Forecasting** and **controlling** the number of **students**for a given **exam date**.

**Authorizingspecial class content** before delivery.

**Proof-reading ** any new book or content for authorizations.

**Framing** and **supervising** all the assessment tests including Graduation and Profiling Tests.

**AuthorizingMock testcontent** as per student’s **learning curve**.

**Conducting sessions** in all the batches as and when necessary **for uniformity** and **score enhancement**.

Operations

**Assigningroles**and **duties** to the resources according to **process needs** and **roster planning**.

**Supportingother departments** in their **infrastructuralneeds** as and when required.

**Maintaining decorum** and ensuring **optimum utilization** of **resources** at all times.

**Conducting** in-house **promotional activities** and **special sessions**.

**Meetings** students and parents for **individual attention** and **performance discussion**.

**Calling drop-outs** and non-qualifiers for retention and grievance handling.

**Calling non-qualifiers** for **re-joining** and **Visa registration**.

**Plan and discuss** course of action with the **management** for **information delivery** and **authorizations**.

**Takingcounter measures** and setting systems in place to **eliminate pendency of work.**

**Clarifying** any **ambiguities** in any aspect of academic and operational functioning.

**Counselling** resources in case of **conduct **and**hygiene issues**.

**Ensuring smooth functioning** and availability of resources inside and outside classroom according to the daily planner.

**Planning** and steer guiding the **daily activities**through Ops. Co-ordinators.

**Collaborating** with **other departments** for **inter**and **intra communications**.

**Handling** students referred by other departments. ( Special case )

**Communicating** the resource **requirements** to **Director**and **HR dept**.

**Taking interviews** and assisting the HR Dept. in the **hiring process**.

**Facilitating inductions** of **new hires**.

**Inducting** and **Mentoringnew hires** in **OJT**in terms Operations policies

**Retainingtrainers** through **regular counselling** and **Heat checks**.

**Communicating** Entry and Exit of **trainers** or any **changes**in **team** to the **HR department**.

Audits & Assessments

**Auditing** Academic and operations **reporting** on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

**Reviewingindividualperformance** of the Trainers and Sr. Trainers on a weekly and monthly basis.

**Performing** quality checks by auditing checked writings and live-sessions auditing.

**Analysing** and **reporting** the highlights of **performance reports** to the **Director**.

**Conducting** infrastructural audits and reporting serious matters to the management.

Miscellaneous

**Meeting** Vendors, external agents and allies as and when required.

**Managing** off-campus academic and **promotional activities**, if any

**Supporting** related departments in **meeting targets**and **promotional activities**

**Authorising** any incoming or outgoing **academic content**.

**Salary**: ₹49,741.59 - ₹75,846.80 per month
