Job Summary: We are looking for professional and well versed Customer Service Executive who can work with us full time remote. The Customer Service Executive shall provide excellent support to clients and collaborate with various teams to maintain customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures to customers.
- Monitor clients’ transactions.
- Assist customers with technical issues and problem resolution.
- Coordinate with the various department to prepare reports periodically.
- Brainstorm with the team and generate creative ideas to add value to customer experience.
- Adhere to all applicable company policies, procedures, business ethics codes.
- Comply with Account Opening Procedure:

- Collect and verify customer information and documentation required for opening new accounts, such as identification, proof of address, etc.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer data and documentation, following established procedures and compliance guidelines.
- Conduct necessary checks and validations, such as Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification, to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor throughout the account opening process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
- At least 1 year experience in FOREX/banking/financial industry
- Polished communication skills. Can comprehend and communicate in English.
- High degree of professionalism, with a confident, assertive style.
- Highly motivated with an exceptionally strong desire and drive to succeed.
- Effective time management skills and commitment to work to strict deadlines.
- Ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Pay: ₹1.00 - ₹2.00 per month
