- Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder or similar role
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for metal fabrication
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, stick welding
- Familiarity with reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and precision
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for long periods of time
