**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound calls in an international voice process.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Assist customers in navigating through product features and services.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Document and manage customer interactions accurately in the designated system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in international voice process/customer support is an advantage.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Customer-centric attitude with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
- Adaptability to changes in processes and procedures.

**Salary**: ₹15,392.46 - ₹35,000.00 per month
