**Responsibilities**:
1. Educational Leadership: Lead the school community in setting high academic standards, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting innovative teaching methods.

2. Administrative Management: Oversee efficient school operations, including student and staff supervision, to ensure a safe, orderly learning environment while staying updated on educational policies and driving improvement initiatives.

3. Maintaining productive working habits and discipline in the school.

4. Attending staff meetings, training and development sessions.

5. Discussing students progress with parents, administrators and other professionals as necessary.
