IT Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the organization's hardware and networking infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, both remotely and on-site.
- Ensure system security and data integrity through regular updates and patches.
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT processes and systems.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in hardware, networking, Windows Server, and Linux Server administration.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux Server operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
