Job description for Sales Manager.
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve ambitious growth targets. You will have to build and manage a high-performing team, ensuring they have the tools, training, and motivation to consistently exceed expectations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
- Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
- Foster strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Lead the sales team in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and generate realistic forecasts.
- Stay abreast of emerging markets, market shifts, new products, and competitor activity.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales reports and presentations to the management team.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
- Minimum of 3-4 years of successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- A commitment to continuous learning through professional development opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.
