**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility.
- Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning schedules, protocols, and procedures suitable for heavy-duty machine environments.
- Train, mentor, and guide housekeeping personnel on proper usage of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety measures.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with industry regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure an adequate supply of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to address specific cleaning needs and maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor and adhere to budgetary constraints while optimizing cleaning operations.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in housekeeping management or a related field.
- Proven 5 to 7 years of experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles within the heavy-duty machine industry.
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning chemicals, industrial cleaning equipment, and advanced cleaning technologies.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in an industrial setting.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
