Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one coaching sessions with sales team members to improve their sales skills, techniques, and strategies.
Observe sales calls and presentations, offering real-time feedback and guidance.
Analyze sales team performance data, including metrics, KPIs, and sales results.
Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and create action plans.
Work with sales professionals to set and track individual performance goals and targets.
Teach effective sales techniques, Sales Pitch, objection handling, negotiation skills, and closing strategies.
Inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Maintain records of coaching sessions, progress, and performance improvements.
Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for new hires and existing team members.
Monitor trainee performance and progress during training and after transitioning to the production environment.
Ensure training content aligns with industry standards and client expectations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
