Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct OET training sessions for individuals preparing for the Occupational English Test.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans, ensuring they align with the OET syllabus and objectives.
- Assess the individual needs of each student and adapt teaching methods accordingly to suit diverse learning styles.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their English language skills, focusing on the areas required for the OET.
- Monitor and evaluate students' progress through regular assessments and tests.
- Stay updated with the latest OET guidelines, materials, and resources to ensure the delivery of accurate and relevant training.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff members to enhance the overall training program and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and any other relevant information for each student.
- Attend training sessions and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

- Prior teaching experience, particularly in OET preparation, is essential.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles and individual needs.
